1. About this service
The First Grade Spelling App is a free educational tool for children to practice spelling. It is provided as a learning aid — not a substitute for school curriculum — and is offered as-is with no warranty of any specific educational outcome.
2. Accounts
A parent or legal guardian may create a free account by providing an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity that takes place under your account. One account may have multiple kid profiles.
3. Acceptable use
The service is intended for personal, family educational use. You agree not to:
- Use the service for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or extract data programmatically
- Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the service
- Attempt to access another parent's account or data

The application code, audio recordings, illustrations are owned by SynthBridge.net.
6. Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. You may delete your own account and all associated data at any time using the in-app "Delete account and data" button.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
